Dr. Joshua Harbert is a board certified Family Medicine physician who provides comprehensive care for patients of all ages, genders and states of health. Dr. Harbert grew up in Northeast Ohio, attended Lake Erie College of Osteopathic Medicine – Bradenton and completed his Family Medicine Residency at Western Reserve Hospital in Cuyahoga Falls.

 

Ron Russ, DO, FACOFP, Designated Institutional Official(DIO)

Medical School: Ohio University of Osteopathic Medicine

Residency: Cuyahoga Falls General Hospital

Dr. Russ was born in Parma, Ohio. He received his degrees from Ohio University and the Ohio University Heritage of College of Osteopathic Medicine (OUHCOM). Dr. Russ is board certified in Family Medicine by the American Osteopathic Board of Family Practitioners and is a fellow of the American College of Osteopathic Family Practitioners. He currently serves as the CORE Assistant Dean for OUHCOM, and Vice President of Medical Education for Western Reserve Hospital.

 

Matthew Mivsek, DO

Medical School: Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine

Residency: Western Reserve Hospital

Dr. Mivsek is a licensed Family Medicine physician from Chardon, OH. He graduated from John Carroll University with a Bachelor of Science in Biology prior to earning his Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine from Ohio University Heritage College of Osteopathic Medicine. Dr. Mivsek completed his residency in Family Medicine at Western Reserve Hospital and is a member of the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians (ACOFP).

 

Matthew Chase, MD

Medical School: Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED)

Residency: Summa Health System

Dr. Chase graduated from the Northeast Ohio Medical University (NEOMED) in Rootstown, Ohio. He completed both his internship and residency programs at Summa Health System in Akron, Ohio. Dr. Chase is board certified in Family Practice. He is a clinical instructor in family medicine at the Northeast Ohio Medical University. 

 

Victoria Alexander, DO

Medical School: Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine

Residency: Western Reserve Hospital

Dr. Alexander completed her internship and Family Medicine Residency at Western Reserve Hospital in Cuyahoga Falls. During that time, she mentored medical students and lectured to fellow residents on a wide variety of topics, including gynecology, pediatric dermatology, headaches, pre- and post-natal care. Dr. Alexander graduated magna cum laude from Hiram College with a Bachelor’s degree in Biomedical Humanities, and went on to earn her Degree in Osteopathic Medicine from Ohio University College of Osteopathic Medicine. She is also a member of several professional organizations, including the American Academy of Family Physicians, the American College of Osteopathic Family Physicians and the American Osteopathic Association.

 

Robert Spittler, MD

Medical School: Ohio State College of Medicine

Residency: Toledo Hospital

Dr. Spittler graduated from the Ohio State College of Medicine. He completed his residency and internship programs at Toledo Hospital. Dr. Spittler, board certified in Family Practice, has been providing primary care services to the Akron area for more than 20 years. He began at Western Reserve Primary Care and continued there until this practice merged to form Primary Care Associates. He is the clinic professor of Family Practice at the Northeast Ohio Medical University and the Associate Medical Director at Laurel Lake Retirement Center.

 

Jon E. Tosino, MD

Medical School: Medical College of Ohio

Residency: Cleveland Clinic Akron General

Dr. Tosino was born and raised in Toledo, Ohio. He graduated from the University of Dayton and the Medical College of Ohio and completed his residency at Cleveland Clinic Akron General. He is board certified by the American Board of Family Practice.
