We offer Room Service to patients from 7:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. every day. Western Reserve Hospital’s Room Service program offers a variety of meal choices and the availability to speak with a room service coordinator about your meal. The room service menu is available from your nurse or assigned staff member. To order simply call the room service coordinator and give them your selections. If you are unable to place your order or need assistance to place your order, a family member, nurse or assigned staff member may assist you. When you call, we will take your order and assist you with any dietary restrictions set by your physician.

You may place your orders by calling ext# 7403 between the hours of:

6:30 a.m. – 9:30 a.m.

10:00 a.m. – 3:30 p.m.

4:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.

If you are connected with the voicemail please leave a message and the room service coordinator will return your call. Please allow approximately 45 minutes from the time your order is placed to the time it is delivered.

Visitors may also purchase a meal from the room service menu for $7.00 to enjoy in the room with the patient. (Cash Only Please). Prior to ordering a guest tray, please speak with the patient’s nurse to ascertain if you may share your meal in the room.

Patient Meals are delivered during the following times:

Breakfast: 7:30 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.

Lunch: 11:30 a.m. – 3:00 p.m.

Dinner: 4:00 p.m. – 6:30 p.m.
