Physical Therapy

  • Integrative dry needling: 
    • A fine, thin, flexible filament needle is used to penetrate the skin and stimulate underlying myofascial, muscular, and connective tissues that are considered trigger points to your pain.
    • It works by releasing or inactivating trigger points and relieving pain 
    • A trigger point is a taut band of muscle located within a large muscle group
    • They can be tender to the touch and refer pain to distant parts of the body

Aquatic Therapy

Warm water therapy pool provides an environment in which therapeutic exercise can be performed with greater ease and less pain

  • The water buoyancy decreases the amount of compressive forces on your joints
  • Water can be used to support or assist movement 
  • Water can provide levels of resistance for strength training
  • Our therapy pool is easily accessible starting at 2 feet and gradually sloping to 4.5 feet 
  • Great for orthopedic, sports, and chronic pain conditions 

Return to Work Programs 

  • Staff with specialized training in the treatment of the injured worker using the OccuPro system
  • Programs to assist your return to work after an injury or surgery
