FACE MASK POLICY - ALL GUESTS AGE 2 AND ABOVE ARE REQUIRED TO WEAR A CLEAN, WELL-FITTING MASK FOR ENTRY (REGARDLESS OF VACCINATION STATUS). Nose and mouth must be covered with mask at all times. If you do not have a clean, well-fitting mask, one will be provided to you.
ALL PUBLIC ENTRANCES HAVE THERMAL TEMPERATURE SCANNING OPTIONS IN PLACE.
If a FEVER IN EXCESS OF 101°F is detected, YOU MAY NOT BE PERMITTED TO ENTER THE BUILDING.
PLEASE NOTE – No visitors under the age of 18 are permitted at this time.
Exceptions to the below guidelines will be made on a case-by-case basis by working with Department Leadership, CNO or CMO.
REVISED VISITATION POLICIES UPDATE – Effective May 2, 2022
- General Inpatient: Up to two (2) adult (18 years of age or older) visitors are permitted at a time.
- Visitor must adhere to current visitation hours of 6 a.m. to 8 p.m. Monday – Friday, 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. weekends & holidays.
- Visitors must enter through Entrance 2 – (Main Entrance) no later than 15 minutes prior to the end of visiting hours, and are required to check in and out at the Main Lobby Info Desk.
- Visitors are to remain in the patient room (outside of using public restrooms, cafeteria, or Reserve Brew coffee shop).
- No overnight visitation is permitted.
- Exceptions may be made for end-of-life or hospice situations (to be coordinated through the respective nursing unit).
- Clergy may visit 24/7.
- Inpatient (Hospice): Up to two (2) adult (18 years of age or older) visitors are permitted at a time and may visit 24/7.
- COVID-19 Patients & Patient Under Precautions: Up to two (2) adult (18 years of age or older) visitors are permitted at a time and must check-in on the unit for appropriate personal protective equipment prior to visiting.

- Emergency Department: Up to two (2) adult (18 years of age or older) visitors are permitted at a time and may visit 24/7.
- Outpatient Surgery: Up to two (2) adult (18 years of age or older) visitors are permitted at a time.
- Endoscopy, Pain Procedure: One (1) adult (18 years of age or older) visitor is permitted.
- WRHPI Physician Offices: One (1) adult (18 years of age or older) visitor per day.
- Outpatient Services: One (1) adult (18 years of age or older) visitor or caregiver is permitted if needed for assistance; once patient is in a room/testing, visitor may be asked to return to their vehicle.
- Stow Urgent Care & Occupational Medicine: One (1) adult (18 years of age or older) visitor or caregiver is permitted if needed for assistance; once patient is in a room/testing, visitor may be asked to return to their vehicle.

- Entrance 2 – Main Lobby – Open M-F, 6 a.m. – 8 p.m. / Weekends & Holidays, 9 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Entrance 3 – Easy Street – Open M-F, 7 a.m. – 5 p.m. for Therapy Services, Pain Medicine Office, and Pain Medicine Procedure appointments only / Closed Weekends & Holidays
- Entrance to Professional Building – Open M-F, 7 a.m. – 5 p.m.
- Entrance 5 – Outpatient Registration – Open M-F, 6:45 a.m. – 5 p.m. / Closed Weekends & Holidays
- Entrance 1 – Suites 1100 and 1200 – Open M-F, 7:30 a.m. – 5 p.m. / Closed Weekends & Holidays
- Entrance 4 – Emergency Department – Open 24 hours/7 days a week
