Western Reserve Hospital Infusion offers highly-trained and courteous healthcare professionals to provide convenient, comfortable care.

Our patient-centered approach ensures your specific treatment needs will be met from the moment you arrive until the time you leave. Our nurses are specially trained and certified in drug infusions and chemotherapy/biotherapy administration and we have a physician onsite. Our exceptionally clean facility is well maintained to reduce the risk of infections. Our prompt lab services provide timely information for both patients and attending physicians, so we can conveniently monitor your progress and tailor your treatment as needed.

We also have a financial counselor available for any concerns you may have. In addition, a concierge prescription medication service is available from which you can have medication delivered directly to you during your visit. If you have any questions about appointments, treatments, procedures or other services available to you during your visit, simply ask one of our healthcare professionals for assistance.

When You Arrive

Please enter via Entrance # 4 (Emergency Room entrance) sign in, and someone will come out to greet you. Wheelchairs are available at the door. If you use a cane or walker, please bring it with you. It is advised to have someone with you to listen as well when details are being shared with you during your visit. We have room for two visitors at a time to stay with you during your therapy.

For Your Convenience

Stay on the job with free WiFi access while you wait. Snacks are available upon request. Meals are provided for treatments lasting longer than two (2) hours.

Concierge Prescription Service

Our onsite pharmacy can fill and deliver home going prescriptions while you receive treatment so you have your medication ready when you leave. A pharmacist can also visit you to advise on any medications you receive and answer any questions you might have.
