Requirements
  • Doctor of Pharmacy or Bachelors of Science in pharmacy from an accredited College / School of Pharmacy or a Foreign Pharmacy Graduate Equivalency Committee certificate from the National Association of Boards of Pharmacy
  • Eligibility for licensure in the state of Ohio
  • Eligibility for employment at Western Reserve Hospital
  • Candidates must be authorized to work in the United States or obtain a J-1 visa by July 1st in the year of the Match. Western Reserve Hospital does not sponsor visas.
