Health Chats are free events located at the Cuyahoga Falls Library. 

Dr. Amy Cooper and for Dr. Troy Jensen, Western Reserve Hospital Family Medicine residents, presented on “Managing Blood Pressure at Home” as part of our ongoing partnership with the Cuyahoga Falls Library, which hosts free, monthly Health Chats in their community room. 

Guests learned about proper blood pressure monitoring and management techniques as well as what to watch for and other health factors around their blood pressure such as diet and exercise. 

Health Chat presentations allow us to educate community members on important health-related topics on a regular basis and we are grateful to Dr. Cooper and Dr. Jensen for taking time out their busy schedules to present on this subject
