Western Reserve Health Center, the newest medical office building in Hudson, recently hosted an open house and ribbon cutting for community members to visit the new facility.

“It was fourteen and a half years ago when Western Reserve Hospital opened its doors, with a promise to improve the health of the community,” said Dr. Robert Kent, President and CEO, Western Reserve Hospital. “A big part of that promise means making healthcare more available – whether through more physicians, more locations, or increased technologies, greater access is necessary to ensure the growing healthcare needs of Hudson and neighboring cities are met.”

The new medical office building houses specialists from Western Reserve Hospital Physicians, Inc. and primary care physicians and specialists from Unity Health Network. Onsite laboratory and X-ray services from Western Reserve Hospital are also available.

Members of Cuyahoga Falls, Hudson, and Stow Chambers of Commerce were in attendance as well as  Hudson City Manager Tom Sheridan and Stow Mayor John Pribonic. Summit County Executive Ilene Shapiro was also present and spoke to the attendees about the importance of expanding healthcare in the county.

Western Reserve Health Center is located at 231 Seasons Road in Hudson.
