In the spirit of partnership, Western Reserve Hospital was proud to help recognize a special changing of the guard in the Stow Fire Department recently. The hospital, Mayor, John Pribonic, and the City of Stow highlighted the swearing-in of Stow Fire Chief, Mike Lang at a special event this month. Chief Lang replaces the former Stow Fire Chief, Mark Stone. The event also featured the appointment of the fire department's new Assistant Fire Chief, Mark Kozak.

Western Reserve Hospital and the Stow Fire/EMS work in concert at times to provide emergency response and care for Stow and its neighboring communities and this new era in the collaborative endeavors of these facilities is poised to provide excellent emergency response to keep the community safe and thriving in the years ahead.
