Western Reserve Hospital is proud to announce its collaboration with the Superior Health Quality Alliance (Superior Health) Quality Improvement Network–Quality Improvement Organization to strengthen healthcare quality, improve patient outcomes, and support evidence-based practices across the region.
"This partnership helps us continue improving the quality and safety of care for our patients,” said Wendy Lovrak, MSN, RN, Director of Quality & Patient Safety at Western Reserve Hospital. “Efforts like this keep us focused on delivering the best possible outcomes for the people we serve.”
Through this collaboration, Western Reserve Hospital will participate in targeted quality improvement initiatives designed to enhance care coordination, reduce preventable harm, and support healthcare providers in delivering high-value, patient-centered care. Superior Health works with organizations across multiple states to advance national healthcare priorities and accelerate measurable improvement. They provide technical assistance, data-driven insights, and evidence-based tools to help healthcare organizations address key areas such as prevention and chronic disease management, patient safety, behavioral health, and care coordination.
"As a regional leader committed to the highest quality care possible, partnering in the Superior Health program aligns with our focus perfectly," said Dr. Robert Kent, President and CEO, Western Reserve Hospital. "Partnerships such as this drive what we are committed to accomplishing for our patients and raising the bar for care continuity in the region."
