Around the world, traditional graduation celebrations have been cancelled due to health concerns surrounding large gatherings amidst the Coronavirus pandemic. The Western Reserve Hospital traditional resident graduation was cancelled as well.

This annual event celebrates the completion of medical residency and is the culmination of years of formal education and training. Our residents completing their training this year include:

• Dr. Brandi Hoyng – Pharmacy
• Dr. Kelly Kubiak - Podiatry
• Dr. Paul Landis – Emergency Medicine
• Dr. Cameron LeMasters – Emergency Medicine
• Dr. Gordon Preston – Orthopedic Surgery
• Dr. Heather Preston – Orthopedic Surgery
• Dr. Haley Ross – Internal Medicine

While each year our resident graduates gather with their family and friends for a fun and memorable celebration, this year we must be a bit creative to let our residents know how proud we are of their accomplishments and thankful we are for their service to our organization and our community.
