P.A.C.T. stands for "Proactive. Accountable. Committed. Teamwork." This initiative is designed to re-invigorate the hospital's values and culture to best serve patients, families, visitors, and each other.

As part of this initiative, we are honoring staff who stand out in delivering on these attributes based on something they have done to make an “imP.A.C.T.” on our organization.
