All research done at Western Reserve Hospital must be submitted to the WRH Research Repository. This includes research done by Medical Staff, Residents, Hospital Staff and Medical Students.

All research entered in the repository must also be entered into Protocol Builder. You may do this before or after submitting to the repository. Please see the next section for Protocol Builder instructions and information.

Need an Account? If you are a Western Reserve Hospital Employee, Medical Staff, Resident or Rotating Medical Student and require access to Protocol Builder, please email Lauren Cowan (email@example.com) to create an account. Include your name, department, medical school (if a current student) and email address. Your request will be processed in 1-3 business days.

To complete CITI Training follow these instructions. Please email your completed CITI Training Certificate or course completion email to firstname.lastname@example.org. All Employees, Medical Staff, Residents or Rotating Medical Students participating in research projects at Western Reserve Hospital are required to have a valid CITI Training certificate within the last three years that reflects your role in the research process.
Already completed CITI Training? Use this link to submit your CITI Training certificate of completion to the Research Committee or submit through the WRH Research Repository as you enter a research project or proposal. All certificates must be valid within the expiration date on the certificate.
