Our free online bill pay service no longer requires a login and you can make payments quick and easy from anywhere. Pay online with a credit card or e-check from your checking account. Save on the cost of postage, avoid late payments and rest assured that your banking information is secured with the latest online encryption. 

To assist in posting your online bill payment, please locate the 10 digit Account Number referenced on your hospital statement, and enter it on the first screen in the “Patient Identifier” field, and then again in the “Visit ID/Reference Number Field” on the last “Secured Payment Method” screen.  The remainder of the fields are self-explanatory.  

If the date you received care was before March 16, 2020, and you’ve made no prior payments on the account for that service, you may have to contact Customer Service at (330) 255-3101 to make your payment. We apologize for any inconvenience.

Please be aware that this bill payment service is for Hospital Payments only. Please do not make any Physician Billing Payments, as they are handled by a different billing company. For further bill payment questions or information, please contact the appropriate party below.
