SERVICES ELIGIBLE FOR HFA:
In addition to the services of the hospitals of Western Reserve Hospital, Physicians that provide care within the Western Reserve Hospital are covered by this Western Reserve Hospital HFA policy include:
- Radiology Services: Northern Summit Radiology, LLC / Akron Radiology Inc.
- Emergency Room Services: Summa Emergency Associates / Academic & Community Emergency Specialists, Inc.
- Hospitalists: Unity Health Network (Hospitalist group providing inpatient daily care services)
- Western Reserve Hospital Physicians, Inc. (WRHPI) (primary care and specialty care physicians employed by the subsidiary of Western Reserve Hospital)
Services provided by all other physicians not listed above are NOT covered under the Western Reserve Hospital Financial Assistance Program.
