Western Reserve Hospital was recently identified by Healthgrades as a 2020 Outstanding Patient Experience Award recipient. We are the only hospital in Summit, Portage and Stark Counties to receive this award, which recognizes outstanding performance in delivering a positive experience for patients during their hospital stay.

Healthgrades evaluated patient experience performance using data collected from the 29-question survey of our own patients. Only hospitals in the top 15 percent with the highest overall patient experience scores were recognized as Outstanding Patient Experience Award recipients.
