Western Reserve Hospital was recently named as one of only 10 hospitals in Ohio and one of only 313 in the United States to achieve a 5-Star rating for Quietness from Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS).
The accolade is based on national, standardized surveys and how quiet patients said their rooms were at night.
CMS’ Patient survey (HCAHPS) Hospital database listed hospital ratings based on the Hospital Consumer Assessment of Healthcare Providers and Systems survey.
This makes Western Reserve Hospital the only full-service hospital in Summit, Portage and Cuyahoga Counties recognized for Outstanding Quietness.
