Craig Madrin, a recent patient, shared his Western Reserve Hospital experience for the hospital's social media viewers. A series of eight videos were made where Craig praised every aspect of his care. He applauded staff for being friendly, genuinely attentive and competent and expressed his sincere appreciation for Dr. Amy Tucker. Other departments mentioned where emergency, nursing, surgery and physical therapy at the Natatorium. Craig ends the series by telling the audience he highly recommends the hospital to all his family and friends.

The video series begins on Western Reserve Hospital's social media on November 13 and continues on Monday’s for six weeks with the last two videos appearing on December 26 and January 2.
