Sleep disorders can impact everything in your life. If you suspect you may be suffering from a sleep disorder but are concerned about spending a night in a sleep lab, a home sleep test may be the right option for you. Now available at both Western Reserve Hospital and Hudson Sleep Medicine Center, a home sleep test is a simple, overnight do-it-yourself kit that uses sensors to gather data about your respiratory patterns during sleep, which is then analyzed by sleep medicine experts. Contact your physician today if you'd like to discuss an in-lab or home sleep study.
