Western Reserve Hospital brought back the annual Community Business Leaders Breakfast on March 2, 2023 for the first time since 2019. More than 150 guests attended the free event to connect over breakfast and listen to presentations from Dr. Robert Kent, President and CEO of Western Reserve Hospital and Katlin Hall, improv2grow. 

Keynote speaker, Katlin Hall, presented to the crowd with her presentation entitled, “Create a culture of respect and collaboration, build off each other’s ideas, and bring fun to the workplace”. She engaged the audience with various improv activities and discussed how they could be used to enhance workplace culture. 

Dr. Robert Kent also addressed attendees with a hospital update and overview of expanding services, recent accomplishments, community partnerships and a glimpse into the future of Western Reserve Hospital.
