Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, October 30, 2017 – Veterans will be honored during a free luncheon hosted by the City of Cuyahoga Falls and Western Reserve Hospital. The eighth annual Veterans Day Luncheon and Celebration will be celebrated on Friday, Nov. 10 from noon to 1 p.m. at the Cuyahoga Falls Natatorium. Doors open and lunch is served at 11:15 a.m.
“Western Reserve Hospital strongly supports those who have and continue to courageously serve our country. We are eternally grateful for all they do in our community and around the world,” said Dr. Robert Kent, President and CEO, Western Reserve Hospital.
The event includes musical performances by Woodridge High School’s Show Choir as well as Cuyahoga Falls High School’s Brass Quintet. In addition, a Table of Significance honoring Prisoners of War will be set and Mayor Don Walters plans to recognize all Veterans in attendance with a pinning ceremony.
“We are incredibly proud to partner with Western Reserve Hospital to honor and show our gratitude to our veterans for their bravery and selfless service to our country,” stated Mayor Don Walters.
