Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio, July 3, 2019 – Western Reserve Hospital welcomes The Overlook as the newest member of the Doctor’s Order health initiative to encourage healthy eating in Kent and the surrounding area.
Doctor’s Order is a community health initiative combining the hospital’s commitment to healthy eating and heart health with each restaurant’s delicious, nutritious menu items. With the addition of The Overlook, this program includes a group of restaurants throughout Cuyahoga Falls, Akron, Stow and Kent that use the Doctor’s Order label next to their healthiest entrees.
“We are honored The Overlook has joined us in promoting our Doctor’s Order program to encourage healthier menu items for patrons,” said Dr. Robert Kent, president and CEO of Western Reserve Hospital. “This one-of-a-kind partnership makes it easier for guests to choose more nutritional entrees when treating themselves at one of Kent’s premiere restaurants.”
The Overlook offers two Doctor’s Order options: Salmon filet with a choice of season-grilled, teriyaki or shawarma seasoned and pan-seared; and lemon butter cod, which is 8 ounces of cod dusted with flour and sautéed, finished with white wine and topped with lemon butter sauce.
Kent residents and visitors are invited to dine at The Overlook located at 1519 Overlook Road on Tuesday through Thursday from 4 – 10 p.m. and Friday from 4 – 11 p.m. To make reservations, call (330) 673-7887 or visit www.theoverlookohio.com.
