Cuyahoga Falls, OH, April 27, 2020 - As we work through the COVID-19 pandemic, Western Reserve Hospital has seen several operational changes, but we have remained fully committed to the health and well-being of our patients and each other. That commitment is recognized this week, April 27-May 1, as Patient Experience Week, a time to celebrate healthcare staff making a difference in patient lives each and every day.
Patient Experience Week provides a dedicated time for organizations to recognize accomplishments, reenergize efforts and honor the people contributing to the patient experience. The patient experience represents a critical component of our ability to attract and retain patients. When patients form positive relationships and trust their care providers, they become more willing to engage in their own care and develop a stronger sense of loyalty to our organization.
From nurses, physicians and support staff to patients, families and the community, we thank you for continuously working to support one another and keep our environment safe, especially for those that enter our facility for care. Check out additional resources on Patient Experience Week here.
