Human Resources Department Earns 2017 Archer Award

Cuyahoga Falls, OH, August 15, 2017 – The human resources department at Western Reserve Hospital was recently chosen by Crain’s Cleveland Business as an Archer Award winner, which recognizes leading human resources teams in Northeast Ohio for building companies with the best people, talent, development, and culture.

Led by Heather L. Milicevic, Vice President and Chief Human Resources Officer, the team is recognized for their planning and implementation for all human resources functions for Western Reserve Hospital’s nearly 1,100 employees.

“Our wonderful human resources department is at the root of our patient satisfaction focus,” said Dr. Robert Kent, CEO and President of Western Reserve Hospital.  “They work diligently to identify, hire and retain staff that provide the highest quality care and deliver an exceptional experience to those we serve. We are honored and proud the team is being recognized as one of the best in Northeast Ohio.”  

Western Reserve Hospital Human Resources department members recognized in receiving this award also include: Linda Alexander, Judy Bishop, Pamela Brown, Christi Cole, Julia DeMatteo, Lisa Keeley, Jennifer Miller, and Carolyn Mourton.

Western Reserve Hospital’s winners will be honored at a formal gathering on August 17.
