Founded in 1812, Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio is rich in history, activity, and community spirit. Once a primary source of travel, the Cuyahoga River and Falls now serve as a scenic backdrop for visitors and the more than 50,000 residents of the area. Cuyahoga Falls is the second largest city in Summit County. It is located near Akron and Cleveland and is accessible via interstates including I-271, I-480, I-80 (Ohio Turnpike), I-76, I-77, and State Route 8. Akron, Cleveland, Akron-Canton, and Burke Lakefront airports are all within easy driving distance of Cuyahoga Falls.

A wide variety of art, entertainment, and adventure await those of all ages. The world renowned Blossom Music Center serves as the summer home of the Cleveland Orchestra and visitors are sure to enjoy outdoor performances at the Porthouse Theatre. Perhaps the area's most notable feature, the city preserves more than 4,800 acres at the Cuyahoga Valley National Park, offers thirty state-of-the-art parks and recreation facilities and has become a much visited haven for outdoor lovers.
