To assist in posting your online bill payment, please locate the 10 digit Account Number referenced on your hospital statement, and enter it on the first screen in the “Patient Identifier” field, and then again in the “Visit ID/Reference Number Field” on the last “Secured Payment Method” screen. The remainder of the fields are self-explanatory.
NOTICE: If the date you received care was before March 16, 2020, and you’ve made no prior payments on the account for that service, you may have to contact customer service at (330) 255-3101 to make your payment. We apologize for any inconvenience.
